Purchasing and Procurement

The headquarters of the REHAU Group in Muri, Switzerland is also the headquarters for our materials management and logistics departments. This independent trading company provides centralized purchasing of raw materials, machinery and equipment from around the world for REHAU and, in addition, organizes shipping and logistics. In fulfilling these tasks, our focus is always economy, quality, service, deliverability and reliability.

Purchasing Network

Worldwide, the REHAU purchasing network is responsible for the acquisition of all required materials. These include: raw materials and purchased parts; machinery and equipment; tools; shipping services; auxiliary and manufacturing materials; IT services; furniture and office equipment, and much more.

Purchasing Policy

REHAU’s purchasing policy arises directly from our corporate objectives. Here, the focus is on our customers’ satisfaction. The success of our products is closely related to their quality, and is directly linked with our objective of continually meeting our customers’ increasing demands.

Supplier Management

Consistent material group management forms the core of our supplier management concept. Each material group comprises a lead buyer (purchasing) and a lead engineer (technology).
