My area of responsibility includes all business in the US, Canada and Mexico. In my daily activities I am frequently confronted by cultural differences, but it is precisely these which are one of the particular attractions of my position. |
 | Sergio Fonseca, Human Resource Group Leader, Sao Paulo (Brazil) As HR Group Leader I am responsible for all matters related to personnel at our Sao Paolo and Santiago plants as well as the sales offices in Sao Paolo, Caxias do Sul, Mirasol, Arapongas and Santiago. It was precisely this type of responsible position which I was seeking when I started my carrier with REHAU. I had previously already worked for large firms, but at REHAU I have the positive feeling of working for a company whose cooperation is based on mutual respect, trust and recognition. |

As Product Group Manager for furniture I can apply my more than ten years of practical professional experience to continue to maintain REHAU’s position as the leading supplier to the furniture industry. |

After an extensive training period I switched to the marketing and application technology area at our administrative offices in Guntramsdorf. Here I am responsible for (South) Eastern Europe – an interesting and exciting task thanks to the rapidly expanding markets.
