Full-time Positions

We help you start your professional career and develop you step by step for your future area of responsibility. First, you acquire knowledge of individual areas and work on projects, with the support of your manager as coach.

You will expand your knowledge through internal seminars, and if necessary, take part in external training courses. As your knowledge grows, you will work on larger projects and have more responsibility – according to your personal strengths and interests

Trainee Program

During our 12-month, international business or technical trainee program, we prepare you through training on and off the job for specific positions. You rotate through several departments, gaining knowledge of various areas throughout the company.

After program completion, you are offered a challenging professional or managerial position that fits your professional and personal skills at one of our locations around the world.
