Furthermore the use of the keyboard and mouse can be activated for the other person. By using this technique questions can be clarified directly as the user and the REHAU support team are basically working on the same computer. Possible misunderstandings will be more or less eliminated and there will be no need to exchange files via email. Safety was a priority for REHAU while selecting this tool. The WebEx Support Center uses a REHAU own server, every session will be documented and can be recorded if desired. This service is free of charge for all customers with a software license of REHAU.
