A pleasant working environment across 33 floors

When deciding on the air conditioning system for the new landmark on the Vienna skyline, the building developers opted for our heating and cooling system based on concrete core tempering. The system creates a well-tempered working environment across 33 floors.

Our solution
Over 218,500 m of RAUTHERM S pipes adapted to meet the geometry of the building were laid directly on the building site for the DC Tower, which is over 22,900 m² in size.
