REHAU Building Solutions cancels participation in ISH 2023

REHAU Building Solutions will not attending the ISH 2023. The in-depth examination of the requirements of the market and the consistent focus on the changing needs of customers and partners have led to this decision.

20.12.2022

REHAU Building Solutions is refraining from participating in the ISH 2023. The leading supplier of system solutions for drinking water installations and domestic drainage considers the chances of successfully addressing international customers at the ISH as being too low due to the challenges of the last two years and the current market situation.

"The way of addressing customers has changed considerably over the last two years, consequently personal contacts need to be fostered again," explains Dr Roger Schönborn, Head of REHAU's Building Solutions Division. "It is not a decision against the ISH, but for the benefit of customers. In 2023, we intend to focus entirely on customers and, within this context, we will also seek greater physical proximity to our customers."

In particular the development of the product portfolio, which was recently expanded through the acquisition of the sanitary technology manufacturer MEPA, will be presented by REHAU in the coming months with specific focus on customers and partners.

MEPA will still be represented at the ISH, consequently we will also be present there on a partial basis and will be available to our customers as a contact partner.

REHAU Building Solutions regrets the cancellation of the event in Frankfurt, which will continue to be the world's leading trade fair and international meeting place for the building technology and installation industry. The division is positively looking forward to the coming year: the course for the future has been set in order to become one of the leading suppliers for the entire water management in buildings.
