Installation & Safety: New System Solutions for Connections and Fixings

REHAU Window Solutions expands its System Accessories portfolio with certified, closed system solutions covering subframe construction, sealing and fixing: the focus lies on the high insultation substructure profile and the REHAU connection flanges in both standard and universal variants. New to the range is the narrow connection flange from a joint width of just 13 mm. The aim is reliable, standard-compliant installation, particularly for floor-to-ceiling elements. For ARTEVO without reinforcement, REHAU Window Solutions supplements this concept with newly certified SFS frame fixings featuring clearly defined design values. Stand-off fixing without back-blocking, coverage of standard cases 1 and 2 in the installation guide, and through-fixing across different substrates all demonstrate that innovation expertise consistently encompasses fixings and structural verification.

Comfort & Performance: New System Threshold EASYSTEP 80 LS

With the floor threshold EASYSTEP 80 LS, REHAU Window Solutions introduces a new system threshold for the lift-and-slide door systems ARTEVO and SYNEGO. The threshold, system and connection profiles all originate from a single source and are technically optimised to work in perfect harmony. Interfaces are reduced. The use of the high-tech material RAU-FIPRO X ensures high stability without additional reinforcement and reduces weight. Pre-assembled components, classic through-bolting from below and optimisation for the REHAU connection flange significantly enhance installation efficiency.

Optimal technical coordination eliminates unnecessary connection profiles.
Fully compatible with subframe profiles from REHAU Window Solutions.

Visibility & Safety: New French glass balcony in the System

The new French glass balcony within the REHAU Window Solutions system is distinguished by its particularly slim, minimal construction depth and offers visual installation control thanks to specially designed screw washers. The French glass balcony is highly versatile in application: with aluminium facing shell, with ELVIAL aluminium window profiles, externally on aluminium roller shutter guide rails or between the window and roller shutter armour. All required test certificates, including fixings to the structural load-bearing element, are available. The product launch is planned for the third quarter of 2026.

Market-Specific Systems & Details: Roller Shutter Boxes and TALIA S

Also newly presented, REHAU Window Solutions introduces market-specific PVC add-on boxes for markets including the Balkans and Spain. The systems are designed for new builds and renovation projects and are available in various specification variants – with or without insect screen, manually or electrically operated.

The window handle TALIA S adds a new detail solution to the portfolio. The special detent mechanism prevents unintentional displacement of the fitting, whilst the design and surface finish visibly enhance the quality perception of the window element.
