REHAU Window Solutions expands the premium system ARTEVO with a new lift-and-slide door and a new front door solution. Both applications address modern design with large-format execution, combining high performance with a comprehensive platform strategy as well as manufacturing efficiency and a strong sustainability profile.

The ARTEVO lift-and-slide door adds a robust and long-lasting solution for demanding sliding applications to the portfolio.
The ARTEVO front door is likewise part of the modular construction system and significantly accelerates the manufacturing process.
Extended range of applications: Options up to 1.35 m in width and 2.50 m in height enable escape and panic doors on a PVC basis for the first time.
ARTEVO is developed as an integrated system across the entire lifecycle – from design and manufacturing through to market application: innovation capability for pioneering products on the basis of maximum efficiency.

Material Innovation: RAU-INFINIO Opens Up New Window Dimensions

With RAU-INFINIO, REHAU Window Solutions presents a long glass fibre-reinforced solution manufactured using thermoplastic pultrusion. Near-endless glass fibres are fully encased in plastic and processed into profiles in a patented, continuous process via corner connectors made from glass fibre compound using injection moulding, eliminating the need for welding. The mechanical properties reach E-moduli on a par with aluminium and significantly exceed those of short fibre reinforcements.

RAU-INFINIO enables large-format elements exceeding 3 metres in height with slim profile sight lines.
Monolithic profile cross-sections offer full, undiminished force transmission.
Automated, process-reliable manufacturing.
Recyclability through thermoplastic matrix.

RAU-INFINIO opens up applications that were previously the preserve of aluminium, combining these with the advantages of plastics in terms of thermal insulation, sustainability and processing. RAU-INFINIO constructions are entirely steel-free.
