Your future tasks:

Provide technical support for the Building Solutions product range to sales and customers;
Technical support for hydronic and hydraulic designs (ie. underfloor heating, gas, drainage);
Support the implementation of new products/systems for the ANZ market, including market investigations, training and preparation of technical documentation (e.g. technical manuals);
Conduct market investigations and provide technical feedback for input into the respective product strategies;
Handling of customer claims and evaluation of product related quality complaints;
Liaise with other product specialists, technical consultants and relevant statutory authorities to achieve product approval and commissioning against relevant regulatory standards;
May require occasional regional & international travel to support technical development

What we look for:

We are looking for an technical minded individual with an engineering degree. Ideally you have 1-5 years experience as an product engineer in the construction industry or similar role with a mid to large size firm.
Your core competencies will include project management, good business acumen and a structured and organized nature with excellent written and verbal communication.
