The TCM Group is Scandinavia’s third largest kitchen manufacturer, with its headquarters in Denmark and sells in approximately 140 stores across Scandinavia. The TCM Group pursues a multi-brand strategy, are behind the brands Svane Køkkenet, Tvis Køkken, Nettoline and a private label, but also in the ecommerce kitchen sector. The product range includes kitchen, bathroom and storage solutions, designed and produced in Denmark. Manufacturing is carried out in-house and on demand. Approximately 90 percent of the raw materials used in production are manufactured within Europe, using a local supply chain. We spoke to Sustainability Manager Malene Karstoft about the strategy and implementation of sustainability projects within the TCM Group.

Whether it's a kitchen cabinet, worktop or wall shelf, you often need edges of the same colour or decor in different widths for a project. Now you can obtain edgeband rolls individually and flexibly cut to a wide range of widths from us. Precisely tailored to the requirements of your customers.

If you need a non-standard width, it's worth checking out the new REHAU service:

A range of different widths can be cut out of an edgeband roll (70 mm or 104 mm).
The smallest possible width is 12 mm.
Remaining widths are always supplied, unless they are smaller than 12 mm.
For technical reasons, 4 mm edge trim is always required.

Ready-to-paint edgebands: now available in the REHAU standard stock range

With over 100,000 different variants in more than 2,200 different colours and designs available from stock, it’s usually no problem to find the perfect edgeband for your board. For anyone who still wants to paint over the polymer edgeband, REHAU also offers a paint-ready version. The specially developed surface of the primer edgebands allows any water-based or solvent-based paint to adhere to it perfectly. The only basic difference between the paint-ready edgeband and the other ABS edgebands in the REHAU standard stock range is its specially developed surface.

The white REHAU paint-ready edgeband is available in a thickness of 0.4, 0.8 and 2 mm and in various dimensions, even up to 104 mm. It also comes either with classic primer on the back or as the invisible joint version. As always, the edgebands can be ordered starting from 1 m.
