BS EN 12608:2016

Standard for extrusion covering the use of Unplasticized Polyvinylchloride (PVC-U) profiles for the fabrication of windows and doors in relation to the REHAU Kitemark Licence Number: KM13358.

All classes to be tested to the most onerous requirement within the critical criteria as set out below:

Material information

4.2 (5.8)
Classification of climatic zones

4.3 (5.6)
Classification of resistance to impact by falling mass of main profile

4.4 (5.3.2)
Classification of wall thickness of main profiles

Two climatic zones available: M (moderate) and S (severe) REHAU profiles extruded achieve Classification SEVERE

For the resistance to impact by falling mass at -10°C two classes are available:
Class I falling mass of 1000g at a height of 1000mm Class II falling mass of 1000g at a height of 1500mm REHAU profiles extruded achieve Classification II

There are three classification thicknesses available: A, B and C (as per table 3 EN12608). REHAU profiles extruded achieve Classification A
