No approval from authorities for sale

As announced in March and May 2022, REHAU intends to exit the Russian market. Unfortunately, the necessary approval from the local authorities for the sale to the Russian management, which already contractually regulated, is still pending. REHAU is now intensively examining all possible options to complete the exit. This is a complex process that will take some time. 

REHAU continues to pay special attention to aid for Ukraine. Employees worldwide are getting involved under the motto "Family for Families" and have already donated considerable sums. We use this money to directly support our Ukrainian colleagues and their families. For example, REHAU offers a professional rehabilitation program for dealing with psychological stress caused by the war. There is also a company fund where aid is provided to those in need outside the REHAU family, as shown through aid transports or with materials for reconstruction projects including windows and window profiles, pipe systems and school furniture.
