360-degree performance for sustainable success: For the ARTEVO market launch, REHAU Window Solutions transferred the concept of the new premium system into a spectacular event platform for one week, the Welcome ARTEVO Week. The innovative format showed window professionals from all over the world the immense potential for their business along the entire value chain. Production and delivery of the trend-setting profile solution are now in full swing.

REHAU Window Solutions has successfully concluded the Welcome ARTEVO Week 2023. The charisma of the impressive format on the occasion of the market launch of the revolutionary ARTEVO profile system remains. This is shown by the all-round positive reactions in the course of intensive dialogues with enthusiastic window professionals from all over the world.

The week-long format offered product communication on a new and trend-setting level for the window industry. The visitors enjoyed premium infotainment for a convincing 360-degree experience with ARTEVO: among other things, by means of a spectacular 3D multimedia show, a showroom for intensive direct product experiences, training sessions with valuable expert knowledge for users or an area for meeting with convincing and sales-promoting marketing tools.

Particularly narrow views enlarge the glass surfaces and open up new architectural possibilities with a maximum of natural light.
Extremely slender overhangs on the outside with small radii and low angular inclination.
The flush window sash ensures a uniform and closed appearance, functionally it extends the maximum pane thickness to 72 mm.
Extremely slim sash makes sash heights of up to 2.60 m feasible.
KALEIDO COLOR surface and colour range with more than 2000 design options - freely combinable inside and outside in wood or aluminium look, with foiling, lacquering or aluminium facing shells.

Productive

Universal reinforcement for sashes including secondary sash, frame, secondary sash profile and dummy mullion optimise stock-keeping and effort in production.
Maximum efficiency in steel processing: window elements without steel reinforcement are up to 40% lighter than classic PVC windows.
Easy bonding: The lower height of the glazing bead base facilitates the insertion of the bonding nozzle.
Machining of the sash reinforcements is not necessary. This ensures a faster throughput time when drilling the handle film, less wear and tear and thus a longer tool life. Steel chips are eliminated.

Innovative

Integration of the high-performance material RAU-FIPRO X in the entire profile cross-section ensures absolutely even and reliable load transfer.
Force zones in the outer walls bring top values in performance and stability.
Revolutionary LowE foil reduces heat radiation to 5 % and prevents convection in the chambers. This results in Uf values of up to 0.81 W/m²K.
Peak value in sound insulation: up to 48 dB.
Sensible add-ons such as the REHAU RAUCERO floor-level threshold or the LINEA handle programme offer attractive additional business.

Unique

80 mm: Common system platform with REHAU SYNEGO AD and MD.
One glazing bead for all: Identical glazing beads in the frame as well as in the sash. These are also identical to those of SYNEGO AD and SYNEGO MD.
Additional profiles and bottom sills are identical for all systems.
Slim centre section with 118 mm in the narrowest version and 156 mm as standard.
Glazing with optimised sound and thermal insulation values: Glazing with a thickness of up to 56 mm can be used in the flush-mounted sash and in the frame, and 72 mm pane thickness is now possible in the flush-mounted sash.

Sustainable

REHAU profiles already contain a recycled content of up to 75 %. ARTEVO now also contains recyclates in the glazing beads for the first time.
ARTEVO max: Energy efficiency in perfection. The product variant with LowE foil is the uniquely sustainable solution for passive house certified elements.
Recyclable LowE film in ARTEVO max can be easily recycled together with the existing window. The materials thus always remain in the cycle.
Transparency with Window.ID: Window tracking ensures efficiency along the entire value chain and ensures the return to the cycle.
