Erlangen, July 9, 2025 – For 75 years, REHAU has embodied sustainability. The 2024 report marks the company’s tenth annual sustainability publication and has been prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Circular Economy: Recycled content continues to increase

REHAU Window Solutions is consistently optimizing its recycling processes while steadily increasing the share of secondary materials used in its products — currently significantly exceeding the corporate average of 18 percent.

Reporting: Double materiality analysis lays groundwork for CSRD compliance

REHAU Window Solutions is proactively aligning with the forthcoming requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). In 2024, the first group-wide double materiality analysis for the REHAU Group was conducted. Based on these new structures and processes, the company expects to publish CSRD-compliant reports starting in 2027.

Climate Action: Net Zero WS 2040

REHAU Window Solutions is steadily reducing emissions across all scopes. The share of renewable energy sources in the division’s electricity mix continues to grow. This reinforces the company’s active commitment to climate action and its clear target of achieving Net Zero by 2040.
