Job responsibilities:
The candidate will:
- generate opportunities for our WI-business along the entire external chain of stakeholders
- develop sustainable business relationships with key stakeholders (specifiers, contractors, investors, etc.)
- promote WI solutions to major specifier offices, general contractors, investors, etc.
- high ambition to meet sales and profitability targets, along with ensuring regular planning and reporting on all projects through our CRM system
- ensure technical support and training for key players in the supply chain such as specifiers, contractors, etc.
- analyse the market and develop customer centric sales development plans within the assigned territory to grow the business

Profile:
The candidate:
- has experience of solutions for water and water infrastructure systems within the industry in Italy
- has a strong track record in developing relationships with contractors and supplying via partners and wholesalers
- has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- has the ability to communicate fluently in Italian and English (German is a plus)
Highly appreciated qualities:
- knowledge of AUTOCAD and major WI related design software
- Construction site experience
- Flexible, growth mindset
- High solution orientation
- Highly self-motivated
