Your future tasks:

  • Maintain and build on current relationships with existing builders and plumbers within an allocated sales region;
  • Deliver distributor training presentations;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributor branch managers and counter staff;
  • Conduct product events, tool demonstrations and training seminars with installers and branches;
  • Maintain activity records and reports on all phases of field activities as required by management via Salesforce.com;
  • Driving the development and cultivation of key clients in assigned markets;
  • Research customer needs and satisfaction feedback;
  • Monitor competitor activity and report significant developments to the Manager;
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by REHAU;
  • Maintain current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information of interest or value to customers;

What we look for:

  • We are looking for a technically minded individual from the building and construction Industry or a similarly related field. Ideally you have a minimum of 3 years sales experience with a mid to large size firm in relevant industry sectors.
  • Your core competencies will include excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills, technical aptitude and strong negotiations skills.  Also a requirement is good team building and organization skills, solid business acumen, ability to problem solve, a welcoming attitude towards customers plus strong communication ability.
