Supply Chain Manager –ANZ & Southeast Asia

Your future tasks:

• Build and strengthen relationships with builders, plumbers, distributors and key accounts, with a strong focus on developing partnerships with REHAU's exclusive distribution network to drive business growth.
• Identify and develop project opportunities, implement winning sales strategies and expand market share across construction and residential sectors.
• Grow the customer base through proactive business development, including cold calling, site visits and converting new accounts into active customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, toolbox talks and technical presentations to distributors, installers and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, manage customer enquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate sales activity reporting through Salesforce.

What we look for:

• We are looking for a technically minded individual who has a minimum of 5 years sales experience in a mid to large size firm and ideally an understanding of plumbing or construction industry.
• Your core competencies will include excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills. You work well in a team, yet also independently with strong organization skills. You show a welcoming attitude towards customers, as well as internal and external partners.
