Supply Chain Manager –ANZ & Southeast Asia

Your future tasks:

• You oversee and optimise the end-to-end flow of materials, information and products across the region
• You coordinate supply and demand planning practices across the regional manufacturing sites as well as improve in- and outbound logistic processes
• You facilitate warehousing as well as logistics processes ensuring set KPIs and improve performance where gaps are identified
• You support customer service teams handing order processes and after-sales linking Warehousing and Logistics practices to solve delivery or product issues
• You work closely with manufacturing, sales, finance and procurement teams and lead improvement initiatives within the SC operations
• You lead, develop and train SC employees (planning, logistics, warehousing and customer service) directly and indirectly within the region

What we look for:

• You earned a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Supply Chain Management or related field, have collected 5-8 years relevant experience within a manufacturing environment with a min. of 2 years leadership experience. Ideally having working in a MNC with a focus on Southeast Asian countries
• You have a solid understanding of manufacturing SC operations with knowledge of MRP/ERP (S4H) systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills whilst also supporting day-to-day executional excellence
• You think strategically with a continuous improvement mindset with great project management skills while being able to communicate effectively across cultures and hierarchies
• You are KPI driven with a people mindset being able to obtain stakeholder buy-in for regional improvement projects
