RAUPIANO PLUS is made of mineral reinforced Polypropylene (PP-MD) with high temperature and chemical resistance. This makes it an ideal drainage solution for hot kitchen trade waste.

HIGH TEMPERATURE AGGRESSIVE WASTE
RAUPIANO PLUS can also withstand extreme temperatures. It can handle 80°C wastewater for hours at a time and intermittent discharges of up to 98°C (See product specification for full breakdown), making it an excellent system for greasy trade waste applications. It can also be installed under extremely cold conditions of -10°C.
Some chemicals don’t suit RAUPIANO so for chemical/ industrial trade waste (laboratories, petrol stations) check suitability with REHAU prior to installation.

NEATER PIPEWORK
PP-MD has half the thermal expansion of HDPE So it doesn’t grow and bend during intermittent delivery of hot waste or in hot environments. Straighter pipework equals neater installations.
IN-GROUND OR IN-CONCRETE
RAUPIANO PLUS pipes and fittings have WaterMark certifications to AS/NZS 7671:2010 and AS/NZS 5065:2005 and are approved for below ground installation for sizes DN110 and above.
