Your future tasks:

Account Management

  • Develop and maintain existing business relationships with distributors and architects
  • Conduct product events and training seminars
  • Maintain activity records and produce reports as requested by management
  • Research customer needs and satisfaction as well as following up solutions to complaints in a satisfactory way

Business Development

  • Identify and initiate contact with architects, builders and cabinet makers to monitor project life cycle, achieve specification and follow through product installation
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Monitor competitor activities and highlight market developments to management
  • Work with industry associations and attend events to promote our products

What we look for:

  • We are looking for an individual with relevant education in sales, marketing or business administration, preferably a degree qualified and with a strong technical background in engineering or the product field he/she specializes in. It would be preferred if you were from the furniture industry or a similarly related field.
  • Ideally you have a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience with a mid to large size firm in a relevant industry sectors.
  • Your core competencies will include excellent data analysis skills, interpersonal skills, technical aptitude and strong excel skill as well as experience with digital marketing projects. Also a requirement is good team building and organization skills, solid business acumen, ability to solve problems plus strong written and verbal communication skills with an international mindset.
