Concrete Core Tempering

The principle of Concrete Core Tempering (CCT) is based on the use of the building structure as a thermal mass. CCT utilises the thermal storage potential of concrete to absorb/release energy, hence stabilising the room temperature. Pipes set within the slab will control the temperature of the concrete.

The concrete is charged during off-peak periods and releases/absorbs energy during high-load periods.
