Quickfit TL2 dowels make cabinet assembly quick and easy. Just a simple push-in by hand is needed to insert them into the dowel hole – an operation completed in less than one second makes them one of the most consumer-friendly fittings on the market. Quickfit TL2 dowel is the fastest assembly system on the market allowing for factory pre-insertion in 8mm dowel holes, which can be done manually too.

It helps furniture manufacturers overcome inaccurate drillings with its built-in self-adjustment feature that provides an ETHC (Edge To Hole Centre) tolerance of +/-1mm on drilling operations. Superior fastening action

When the cam tightens, the dowel works in three directions: it pulls the dowel head up, it pushes the plastic body down, which causes the plastic thread to expand inside the dowel hole.

Cam always locks at 2 o’clock lock, creating a smooth, firm tightening action and greater dowel pull-up for a strong and reliable joint. An expanding plastic sleeve on the dowel assures firm fixing in the dowel hole and high resistance to pull-out. Zinc + steel technology
