Jaquar has a new manufacturing facility with superior living system using REHAU products. The building has REHAU underfloor heating and cooling systems. The radiant cooling area is of 15,000 m2 with 1,20,000m of RAUTHERM S pipes. The radiant system is connected with the chiller for cooling and with the heat pump for heating. This ensures that the ambient temperature of the whole building remains stable and comfortable for the human body.

The building is Platinum-certified by the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system. Its water and waste are recycled. Its net zero power consumption means that it produces as much energy annually as it consumes, with innovative methods to lower energy consumption and utilization of the available energy efficiently with technology like Radiant Cooling and Heating.
