๐•๐ƒ๐Œ๐€ ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ข๐š conducted the next edition of Season 2 of the ๐‚๐„๐Ž๐ฌ ๐“๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐š ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐š who is the Managing Director, South Asia at REHAU. Ms. Bhavana Bindra is a graduate of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, she completed her Economics Honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She is also serving as an Independent Director on the Boards of several Public/Listed companies. In a career spanning two decades, Ms. Bindra has worked across industries, starting with Boston Consulting Group where she focused on Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals, and then moving to a US-based multinational company, Cummins, an engineering and manufacturing major.ย 

Ms. Bindra worked in several roles at Cummins, before moving to lead some of their biggest businesses. She made her mark in the male-dominated industry as the first women leader of businesses focused on Automotive, Mining, Construction, Railways and Power Generation, among other markets. Creating global benchmarks, while achieving unprecedented levels of growth and profitability, Ms. Bindra has also been a sponsor and proponent for workplace diversity across organizations. She was recognized by Economic Times โ€œET 40 under 40โ€, besides being among Corporate Dossierโ€™s โ€œIndia Incโ€™s Rising Women Leadersโ€. A professional diploma holder in the Indian Classical dance (Kathak), Ms. Bindra writes for several publications including Business World. She currently resides in Mumbai with her family.
