Cabinet doors and components

We take the stress out of modern design. Our fully-finished custom cabinet doors and components are completed with zero-joint perfection and available in 100+ finishes.

Slab

5-piece

Our slab doors are constructed of ¾ in thick RAUVISIO panels (varies by surface line) with REHAU LaserEdge on all four sides.

Options also include:

Door and drawer fronts
Base, tall and wall cabinet end panels
Toe kicks, filler panels and light rails (minimum 3 in wide, maximum 96 in long)
Edgeband options: Edgebanding all four sides is standard, or you can choose specific sides.

Offered in all RAUVISIO House lines.

Our 5-piece shaker doors are constructed of five separate RAUVISIO panels assembled with REHAU LaserEdge on all four sides. The 3 in wide frame (stiles and rails) consists of ¾ in thick material and the center panel consists of 5/16 in thick material. Maximum warrantied size is 30 in W x 65 in H (762 mm W x 1651 mm H), any height over 48 in (1219.2 mm) requires a center rail.

Options include:

Custom widths for each stile and rail
Multiple panels high or wide
Custom widths for horizontal middle rail or vertical middle stiles (when choosing multiple panels)
Frame only, without center panel

Offered in all RAUVISIO House lines. RAUVISIO crystal and RAUVISIO ferro cannot be constructed with a center panel.

3-piece

How do I order?

Our 3-piece doors are constructed of three ¾ in thick RAUVISIO panels assembled with REHAU LaserEdge on all four sides. For RAUVISIO terra, the two sides (stiles) will be vertical grain, and the center piece will be horizontal grain.

Offered in RAUVISIO noir and RAUVISIO terra.

Floating shelves

Designed to use in any room with typical residential interior wall studs offering a storage capacity of 15 pounds per linear foot. Available in RAUVISIO brilliant, RAUVISIO noir, RAUVISIO terra and Raw MDF.

Grain matching

Components with vertical grain direction can be cabinet matched, while components with horizontal grain direction can be grain-flow matched across multiple cabinets up to 118in. Available for RAUVISIO terra and RAUVISIO ingrain.

Integrated handles

With accentuated modern lines and unique streamlined styles, our handles are the perfect final touch to creative cabinet designs. Available in six colors with Hidden Recessed 2 mm and J Channel 32 mm design options.

Appliance panels

1.5 in thick end panel with all edges finished with REHAU LaserEdge in sizes up to 4 ft W x 9 ft H with depth return options of 4 in and 8 in. Available in RAUVISIO brilliant, RAUVISIO noir, RAUVISIO crystal, RAUVISIO terra and RAUVISIO ingrain.

Hinge boring

Offered in several standard industry patterns for all RAUVISIO House lines.

Edgeband
