Geothermal Energy for the Home

There is a vast reservoir of thermal energy in store directly beneath your home.

Geothermal energy is energy originating from the sun that is constantly absorbed by the earth, which keeps the temperature of the soil four to six feet underground relatively consistent year-round. Geothermal systems tap into this energy to provide clean, renewable heating and cooling for your home or business.

Using only a small amount of electricity, a geothermal system collects heat energy from the ground and delivers it to your home for winter heating. With a flick of a switch on your thermostat, the process is reversed for cooling.

Unlike conventional systems, geothermal systems don’t burn fossil fuels to generate heat  they simply exchange heat to and from the ground.
