Employer match

REHAU is adding up to 4% of your salary in matching contributions on your 401(k) investment to your eligible retirement account every pay period.

Investing in variety

REHAU and Principal continually restructure the investment option line-up in an effort to add more choices for employees.

Providing support

REHAU has a licensed financial advisor that is available to REHAU employees at no additional cost. This licensed agent can provide personal and confidential advice on where to invest.

Updating beneficiaries

Having appropriate beneficiaries in place for your 401k plan is important so that your family knows your wishes when you pass away.

Your beneficiary designation typically overrides all other estate documents, so it’s important to update it as your life changes. It’s also a good idea to check your beneficiary designation every so often just to make sure it’s accurate.

Here's how you can update beneficiary information:

  1. Log in to the participant website at www.principal.com
  2. Click Overview, then Beneficiaries
  3. Click Change Beneficiary
  4. Answer the questions and click Continue
  5. Enter the beneficiary(ies) information and click Continue
  6. ClickI confirm the information above and clickSubmit
