New overpour fastening method speeds installation by as much as 30%

Used in floors to efficiently and evenly distribute heat/cold from RAUPEX®SPEED pipe into the room, this new hook-and-loop system can be installed in a normal concrete slab-on-grade, suspended slab or thin slab overpour. After laying the hook-and-loop mat, the ½ in. pipe is attached to the mat providing convenient and fast installation.

RAUPEX SPEED Pipe

A ½ in. O2 barrier pipe with a hook-and-loop wrap. Available in 300 or 1,000 ft coils.


RAUPEX SPEED Mat
A specially-designed surface and adhesive bottom enable fast, accurate pipe installation. Measures 3.1 ft (0.93 m) wide by 52.9 ft (16.13 m) long; 3 mm thick. 
REHAU RAUPEX SPEED Radiant Heating
Horizontal Uncoiler
Dispenses RAUPEX pipe coils of up to 1,000 ft. without twists or kinks. 
REHAU RAUPEX SPEED Door Spreader
Door Spreader 
Mounts above the floor in the wall opening between the uncoiler and the installation area to guide pipe using an open ring.

Most common in new construction, poured installations involve either pouring gypsum-based concrete over pipes or encasing pipes in a concrete slab. When the system is activated, warm water is circulated through the pipes and the concrete is warmed. The floor retains the heat and evenly distributes the warmth throughout the room.
